HOW TO FILE AN ETHICS COMPLAINT
FILING AN ETHICS COMPLAINT
In order to file an Ethics Complaint against a member of the Southshore REALTORS® Association, please complete the Form #E-1 and attached a signed statement detailing your complaint and include any supporting documents.
Please note that the complaint must be filed within 180 days after the facts constituting the matter complained of could have been known in the exercise of reasonable diligence or within 180 days after the conclusion of the transaction, whichever is later.
You may review the Code of Ethcs by clicking on the link and list those on the complaint form that you feel have been violated.
